100%...my buddy has a 22, zero issues.In part, it's been bad hardware too. You can't compensate for shit hardware with programming, especially with 2nd rate programmers. I think that's why some guys have seen functional improvements after replacing their head units.
Others haven't had many problems, if any, from jump street. My wife's Tahoe seems to function fine, my 22 does whatever it wants, my 24 infotainment and radio works fine, but I've had plenty of messages pop up in my DIC and flash across the top my infotainment system. It's cornucopia of bullshit electronic technology!
