Haha actually no I did not. I understood a lot of the differences from research and YouTube videos so I already believed the ZR2 was the better purchase. I thought it would be helpful to get owners experience on if they believed the added features were worth the jump.Just cuz I'm a curious cat and I'm down to 3 lives. Glad I did as a few owned both the TB and ZR2 and said the ZR2 was way better.

AXE I saw the thread where you tackled the stitching, Looks great and thanks for Tips! By chance do you have an overall shot of the interior, not like a close up, I am trying to get a feel of how the red stitching feels. I appreciate it!There is no comparison, the ZR2 is a top performing truck on and off road. 6.2L for performance and diesel for fuel mileage.
The stitching can be dyed a different color. I did mine red. If you like dark colors a charcoal grey or black would be easy.
GM and reliability cannot be used in the same sentence. In 35 years of owning Chevy's, I've never been to the dealer as much with the 22, 23, and 24 I own. Probably not much better down the street, unless you step into a Honda dealer. So go ahead and jump in cause it's a fun truck, but expect some headaches.

The one drawback I've found is that the red on the door panels tend to rub off and looks a bit orange until you touch it up. I believe that thread has wax on it to protect it from getting dirty when your legs and hands touch it. Therefore it has a harder time keeping the red dye. Center console may also have that but not as bad. If you do red, plan to touch it up on occasion in a couple spots.
If I was doing it again, I might just go with a medium gray or darker color. Might end up doing that in my 2500HD now.
