Deciding Between ZR2 and Trail Boss LT - Help

Random Question in case anyone wants to tune in.
On my previous cars Installed a quick drain valve for oil changes and never had any issues. However never took my cars in the mountains lol.

As I am always open to hearing different perspectives wanted to hear some thoughts on these? Has anyone ran them?

I'm about to take care of my first oil change and that is normally when I would install these.

I had a fumoto on mine but went back to the plug. The drain valve was just too damn slow for me.
I figured just yanking the plug was faster in the end so Im ok with it.

Just my humble opinion though.

That's a good point, I forget I am working with 7 liters now.

I've had Fumotos on alot of my rigs and they were excellent. I've never worried about the drain rate, because it gave me time for other maintenence like grading the steering rack, checking fluids, tires etc.

I like the position of the drain plugs on these current motors, so haven't used one. But every oil charge, I regret not having one.

@AXE based on the position of the drain plug do you think the strait nipple would be the best one? The swivel one would put it at a 90 degree angle vs strait down I believe. Thoughts?

Photo dump after tint. I didn’t do the windshield due to the rock chip.

I think both will work. I have only used the straight down versions. If your doing hard core off roading. I'd probably skip it. I'm not that hard core and use my sxs/dirt bike for offroad fun.
