Let's see what you have done with your Silverado ZR2!
Well the tow truck just took my truck to the dealership. And after lifting the hood on Friday they’ve determined it’s not electrical and definitely engine related. Tomorrow morning they will be tearing down my motor to find the issue…… anybody know a good lemon law lawyer?!! It sucks because I absolutely love this truck

Not this week, but last week I installed Desert Does It Seat Jackers and Multi-Mount Panel. Wish I had tried these sooner. In the past my sciatica would make me need to take a break about every hour. After installing these Seat Jackers I didn’t suffer any sciatica pain during our Thanksgiving trip.

I set up the Multi-Mount to hold my Alien Gear holster mount, magazine holder, knife and flashlight.

I like that holster set-up....Too bad we can't run them in Florida.

Our CC permit requires it to be on our person....If it's not, it has to be securely encased (zip case, glovebox, console, etc).

@MrScottly have you checked since “constitutional carry” passed and no permits required. Also in the past the vehicle fell under the castle doctrine.

I almost always have my gun holstered IWB. But on long trips I sometimes put it in the center console. Now I won’t be doing that. I really like the Alien Gear ShapeShift holster setup. I can change the holster for whatever I’m carrying.

Open Carry state with no permit required here.... so don't have to worry about it... when I don't want mine on my hip I keep it in the side pocket on the door but I need to get one of those setups. That looks sharp 👍

History: When Florida passed the concealed carry laws in 1987, they outlawed the open display of firearms...Disney didn't want shotguns in the back windows of trucks to scare the tourists. Since that time, if you wanted to carry a gun in a vehicle, it had to be securely encased. That has never changed.

When CC was passed in 2023, all that did was eliminate the permitting process. If you qualify for a concealed permit, you can carry without one. That law did ZERO to change or eliminate the requirements to carry a concealed weapon, or the vehicle carry requirements.

There are many documented cases here where a concealed permit holder was arrested for having a gun "not on his person" while in a car. It's DUMB, and many cops refuse to enforce it, but the law still exists and arrests are made from time to time.

But you can smoke crack with Ukrainian hookers in the White House and post it on social media.... On a Russian laptop...All while your dad launders the stolen American money through the war.... So why can't you carry a gun in your car? 🧐🫨🤔

Jeeze...What kind of country are we living in? 🤔

Greetings. I'm new! So, hello.

Having said that, can you describe where you have the weapon located and possibly provide a link to the product that you're using?

I got my truck Saturday and have just been tossing a PC Shield in the side storage (below the shifter). On my F-150, I used some E6000 to secure a kydex holster to the dash. I was going to replicate this in the new truck, but I'm curious as to what exactly you've done up above.

Thanks!

When cc passed in FL in 2023 open carry was part of the bill. It was shot down but the cc passed. If I remember correctly. To stay on topic I installed the bow tie puddle light a few days ago.

Are you a lawyer or did you sleep in a Holiday Inn Expess last night?

Correct. Thank Disney for that...and that clown from Miami. We wouldn't want any of those people washing up on innertubes down there to be afraid of a few open-carry weapons.

I’d just like the option to tuck in my shirt because we all know a shirt covering a weapon makes all the difference.
