What have you done to your Silverado ZR2 this week? 🛠️

Do you mind sharing all your settings such as: gain switches on amp, bass knob position, equalizer and fade/balance positions? I'm having trouble getting it tuned in.

ok thanks that would be great. mine is dealer installed so I'm assuming they used right front speaker but it would still be nice to see your settings to have a basis to go off of.

Attached are pics of my Eq settings and Fade. Subwoofer amp dip switches are as it came - 1, 4, 5, & 6 up and 2 & 3 down. Gain knob is set in the middle +/- a couple of notches depending on source, genre, song, etc.

My eq settings are similar. I think I have my bass more up and fade is centered. My dip switches are all up though as it provides more gain.

New tires after dealer completed recalls and finally fixed warning lights. Went with Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T 305/70/18. Wanted 37" to make truck look right, but I drive too much right now to impact gas thirst even more.

Bajas look good on the 2500HD!

Took about 6 hours to do everything. Very happy with it! Like it much better than the AEV bumper. The lights are insane best I have ever had!
Can someone ask him what the purpose of those turned up hooks are all about?

Looks like you could bend rebar or conduit while having a sammich during lunch.

Very nice! Now I have truck bumper envy. Also, what AXE asked, what is the upturned hook for? ADD is keeping that a secret.

Also, is there any way clean up that corner mess? That exposed part of the subframe and wheel well looks a little low rent. If it doesn't come with anything, I'd be fabbing something up.

The AEV bumper has a couple of pieces of heavy plastic material in the corners to close up that gap. A little different geometry, but sheet metal might be an option to attach to the subframe.

It is an optical illusion. From the front you do not see that is a very stout hook. Have to go to the website to see it. Am at the ranch in NM right now. The lights are awesome Especially the lights in the fog position because the give me great lighting to the right and left!!! Can see feral hogs better!!

I E-mailed ADD and asked about the purpose of the turned up hook and Sam S. replied, "that is just a design element of the tow hook."

Forgot to post but I installed my decked system. I love it. Going to fab up a wheel holder for the spare.

See bro ...now you know! They are freaking awesome. Get the anti slip mat that decked sells (about $250? If I remember correctly.) It tends to slide around a little bit so what I did is took 2 1/2-3/4 self tapping screws and installed them on each of the top corners near the cab. That way when I go through car washes the dryer doesn't blow it all over the place and it stays in place nicely when I put loads in it. Leave the rear section unfastened, that way air can get underneath to dry whatever water there is between the mat and the top of the deck. Happy for you bro! Enjoy it! Did you get the first gen or the second gen?
