What have you done to your Silverado ZR2 this week? 🛠️

So much … full tint, paint protection film on the full front, smoked tail lights and full JL Audio system with all new JL Audio speakers plus a couple extra in the dash with 2 12” subs and the amps in a stealth box under the back seat because as the saying goes .. “No highs, no lows, must be Bose!”. Got this thing sounding 🤌🏼 now.

Next I’m looking to take care of the bed with a power retractable cover like a powertraxpro xr that I can mount some cross bars over for snowboard season stuff and figure out some additional mounting/tie down points. Need to get a new B&W tow hitch for it too. Also some black/black & red badges to replace the chrome. Then maybe I’ll be done for a minute. Yea, that’ll happen.

This man said "key fob protective case" with his chest out.

It’s odd how the amount can vary. I had one on my 2014 Ram R/T and it would fill within 1,000 to 1,500 miles. I have yet to have more than a 1/2” of oil in 1,500 miles on this truck.
It's almost as if it's all sunshine and rainbows marketing. weird.

Damn you wasted no time. what sections did you PPF on the front? The whole front end/hood to doors?

The B&W MultiFlex Tow and Stow receiver hitch was delivered today so I got that mounted with the Bolt hitch receiver lock that uses the truck key to unlock. I love this setup.

I believe next up is which tonneau cover to get.

Got my Peak Level Kit installed. 2.25" Front 1" Rear. Dirt King UCAs. Feels good so far after almost a week. UCAs look super close to the tire. Thinking of spacers, any one did a level and spacers? I also want the Factory Black 18s if anyone has a set for sale.

Mickey Thompson Baja Boss 295/70 R18s. Black lugs and center caps. Rides nice with no rubbing but I’ll be doing minor trimming this spring because it will probably rub when flexed hard.

I have the same suspension setup. I’m using a 3/8” (10mm) spacer with stock wheels and tires to put some space between the tire and UCA. Still using the OEM lug nuts too.

I had been looking for a set of floor mats that offered removable carpet sections. I priced the genuine GM mats, but shipping was horrendous. Plus finding them in stock somewhere was next to impossible. The last couple of days my FaceBook feed kept popping up with these mats from 3wliners. They had 25% off and free shipping. So I took the bait😂 For $127.00 I think they’re a pretty decent mat.

I like those a lot. They look like a better fit than the factory ones

Did the bora 2” spacers today. Finally looks like a truck. Took it to the camp last week, got in a little mud, truck did great, but these aev/GM bumpers are garbage. Ok the construction is solid. But all the plastic crap. Yall, I have been on my back with a pressure washer 3 times trying to get the clay and mud out. STILL when I go through the car wash, there is mud dripping from all the plastic pieces/cracks where they attach to the steel bumper sections. 😡 truck is just gonna have to be gross for hunting season and then I’ll spend all of February picking all the dirt out of it

Those are nice! I miss having carpet. The rubber ones are nice, but they always look dirty and dusty 10 minutes after you clean them.
