Has anyone ran Rotel T6 5w-40 in their 6.6 gas? I have 6 gallons sitting in the shelf from my 6.7 powerstroke and would like to use it before I end up giving it away. Truck is my daily and pulls my fifth wheel during the summer about 6-10 times. Fifth wheel is only 12k loaded.

Check the specs on the oil with the owners manual. Some diesel oils meet the same specs recommended for gas motors. I know people that run diesel oil in everything they own.

As luck would have it, Lake Speed and Dave's Auto just posted this video about this topic. They say no go due to additives in the diesel oil used to manage soot in diesel motors.

The comments are all over the place and many say T6 all the way in gas motors. I think port vs direct injection on modern vehicles is a big difference.
