Peak Lift Issues

Since some folks don't like when I write essays on here, let me simplify this by adding this link:

He does a great job at explaining how things work. Pay attention TC and Diff shafts and parallelism. It's important, but if the dirve shaft is at a 20deg angle, all the parallel in the world won't matter.
 
There are a ton of people riding with the Peak lift - I would think my issue would be more widespread if there was driveline angle issues, right?

I would assume (there's that word again). More thoughts and questions...Are the rear lift blocks completely squared, or is there an angle on one surface? That would make them directional...So are they installed in the correct direction?

Peak blocks are square.

You'd think this- but I had the exact same issue with a BDS kit in an F150- and BDS sells alot more kits than peak.
I think sometimes it can be due to how they mount (weld) the spring perches on the axles.
I'm not sure what the factory tolerance is, but if it was off a couple of degrees it could cause the issue.
