No, I think that's just where they have data to support the case. It can most likely be expanded to include other trucks in the class.

I wouldn't get too excited. These things take years to resolve, the remedies are usually paltry and may not even apply to everyone that owns the truck as there will be a lengthy list of conditions. They'll spend millions on court fees and owners will get the green weenie, cause that's how the system is run.
