Figure it’s time to a make a dedicated thread for those who have increased tire size or changed wheel tire combinations.

Format it so Google can find it so we can increase traffic to the site and maximize information available to everyone.

Tire size (xxx/xxRxx or floatation size.)
Wheel (stock or A/M with width and offset specifications or spacers if applicable)
Suspension modifications
Any trimming performed (if so list what was modified)
Please note any Tire-Body contact observations.

Decent photos of the setup for others to navigate choices themselves for their own trucks. Try to keep back and forth regarding users combinations to PM’s to keep the thread clean.

Seems like a good idea to me. Have at it.

315/70/R17 BF Goodrich K02
17x8.5 -12 Offset Relations Race Wheels RS2-H Monoforged wheels

Front suspension is a mix of Peak top spacer and Rough Country preload spacer and bottom strut spacer.

Extensive trimming performed. Front bumper notched at the front wheel well, fender liner trimmed front and back, cab mount chop.

295/70 R18 Toyo Trail RT Tires (Load Range) E (34.5 inches tall installed)

Method NV 305 Wheels (18x9, -12 offset)

Stock Suspension

Bumper trim, rear wheel well plastic and liner trimmed

No rubbing under normal use, but tires are still 1/4 " from bumper and rear wheel well. Extreme off road use may rub some with wheel cranked.

If you spend any time off road you will get some pretty good fouling when you are going down a hill with the wheel tuned and the suspension goes into travel. Eventually you will have to do some cutting.

Did you measure the installed height of those Falkens at the 34.3"? They seem like they are closer to 35 inches. It's interesting that we have the tire size and wheel, but your closer to the bumper and wheel well. Maybe it's the suspension bits making the difference.

- 285/75R17 E Falken Wildpeak AT4W (34.1x11.6” according to Falken website)
- 17x9” -12mm Fuel Shok rims
-stock suspension

- slight trimming of the front bumper and removal of plastic trim behind front tire.
- no rubbing anywhere. Very mild poke.

Is that a power outlet coming out of the plastic piece?

This thing looks sick btw. Love the tan.

I creeped some of your other photos too. I’m thinking about getting the yellow fog light covers and removing all of the chrome accents. Did you plasti-dip the front Chevy emblem?

Yes sir. I used Hyperdip.

Did a lot of prep work on it but it worked. No touch up required 6 months later.
