What have you done to your Silverado ZR2 this week? 🛠️

Did they have to replace the tailgate also? Or were they able to fix the small dent that is right on the bend in the sheet metal? A lot of times, if it is creased on a bend bad enough, they will replace the whole part other than repairing it. That's what they did with my wife's SUV. They replaced the entire rear liftgate.
Well in this case they were able to get it out. It not as I posted above it would not be 1400 but many thousands of dollars. Will post a pic when I get it back.

This Looks A Lot Better lol...

Drove a buddy down to FL to check out a boat and bring it home. First time hauling anything with it. Smooth as can be and loving the trailering features.

Also had my first (and second) Buccee’s experience. Had a big time.
Towing big.....How it should be!

Mine too 😔. I’m working towards a bigger boat. But in the meantime my 17’ bay boat has caught A LOT of fish.
Mine is a 2009 19.5Ft Fourwinns open bow with a 260hp I/O motor. It's not a bad boat, but that center console is very nice. I mainly just take mine out on the river by Pittsburgh for a day of fishing and sometimes we like tubing. Have skis but don't use them. I have bad knees and the outcome of me on water skis wouldn't be too good.

I live on the coast in Florida. On a nice day my son and I will go 20 miles offshore with my little boat. I have a really good radio and we watch the weather intently. I would like something a little bigger so I can make it out more days than dead calm. But I just bought a truck. Hahah

Just replaced my stock Ranchos with the 9000XL and WOW...what a difference! The ride has smoothed out very nicely and followed a few recommendations on the DMAX forum related to damper settings and it now rides like my 1500. Very happy with the results and will probably play with the adjustments slightly to find my sweet spot.

I just noticed you’re in Melbourne! That’s literally where we went to get the boat. Friggate’s was delicious.

Yes it is! Nice place right on the water. They have some delicious oysters. Did you get your boat from one of the dealers here?

No, my buddy bought it direct from the previous owner. Took it for a little sea trial out of Ballard park, went to Friggate’s for dinner then headed to the beach for a rocket launch out of Patrick to end the night. Had a great time.

Nice little park to launch. Sounds like a great day.

I ran the Rancho 9000 XLs on my first Duramax with a 6 inch lift. The compression adjustability was a nice feature and was especially helpful when towing heavy. I also ran air bags.

I wouldn't say they were on par with the 2500HD Multimatics, but for $400-500, they are a good option that adds a lot of flexibility to adjust ride for different conditions.
