Today I went off the deep end and purchased a set of Method Rims, Got a appointment to get the hood wrapped (get rid of the glare) and the truck pinstriped. That emptied the piggy bank for sure !

I'd skip the pinstripes. Pinstripes are for classic hot rods and antique cars, not for off road trucks. Don't think it will look right on a ZR2. But, that's just my opinion.

Had some warranty work done to replace the seals on the outside of the rear door windows. Not sure how they are removed and replaced but the dealership managed to fuck up my tint. They said they would take care of it but then wanted to use their guy. I said nope. I used this tinter and paid for Xpel XR ceramic and that is what’s going back on. Fucking dealerships.

Dealerships always seem to mess up the simple things. Not sure how they can mess up tint when they shouldn't even have to pull the door panel for the outer belt molding. But hey, glad they're taking care of you sir!

In process of replacing the ZR2 emblems with gloss black ZR and red 2. Got the front grill emblem done first.

Yes, they are resending, have to wait another 3 weeks. Initially I just wanted a refund, but they were pushing hard so I just accepted the replacement. Proceed cautiously with these folks.

Let me know how the replacement is and post pics if it please. Really like the look of that with the yellow stripe and stitching

Still don't have a ZR2 but I got new shoes for my High Country. Never really been a chrome fan...but it goes together pretty well I think.
