Im about to pull the trigger on a lift/rims/tires. 2023 Silverado ZR2.

People seem to be using Peak 2.25 lift kit with Cognito UCA’s instead of the full Peak kit that comes with UCA’s. Is that because of price or performance?

I went with Dirt King UCA’s because of their sealed bearing design. The peak UCA open uni-ball design will most likely require more maintenance/cleanings.

I went with the Peak lift, but Cognito UCA. I chose the Cognitos because of the sealed ball joint design.

I always liked ball joints I could grease. Found that helpful to keep life. Sealed ball joints are good too. Probably different generations.

Just my experience.
I had a cognito part fail on my 3500.
On the freeway. I had to purchase the updated part.
No warranty.
I put dirt king parts on my 1500.
Also, unless you really romp on your truck I would personally avoid uni balls.
