Since some are shipping and there’s no common element, it sounds like they’re just randomly deciding which trucks to finish.

That's definitely possible. It could just be a large batch of trucks produced from late may to late June as well. We've had 2 trucks built late last week that have been already been loaded onyo a rail car and shipped.
