For those browsing the site for timelines here is info from dealer and GearheadSS on my GMC AT4. (Info from dealer sketchy and inconsistent but I will include that which seems consistent.)
1/3/22 - "reserved" with $100, 3/26/22 - ordered,
6/14/22 - order accepted,
7/12/22 - built/invoiced/VIN
8/23/22 - ETA 8/31/22
8/24/22 - dealer tracked VIN to Jack Cooper Transport distribution center in Roanoke Indiana
9/12/22 - ETA 8/31/22
9/30/22 - ETA 8/31/22
10/11/22 - sitting at Jack Cooper sidelot in Fort Wayne Indiana without any holds waiting for GM to say to ship (called dispatcher)
11/8/22 - ETA 1/13/23

To make things worse the interest rate keeps climbing to potentially make this truck unaffordable.

I feel the same way. It was 67000, 1.9 interest rate. Now it's 73000, 4.9 interest rate
