Oil leak after 3K miles in oil change

What are the chances of the oil leak at about 3K miles after oil change?

Oil leak from where? Filter? Drain plug? Could happen if not gasket/o-ring slips or plug/filter not tight enough. Or are you saying oil is leaking from someplace else?

I don't know where oil was leaking from. Took truck to same dealer that performed last oil change. Well, they fixed it. Had to make my argument on this issue as they wanted to charge me full.

Disappointing, but these things happens.
