Tow Hook Replacement

Do you have to remove the front bumper to replace the tow hooks? Any one done it? Thanks!

I haven't done it on the 2500, but on the 1500 you remove some of the bumper trim and the lower fascia to access the frame. The hook bolts to the frame. It's a bit of a process, but not difficult. Might want to see if you can get a parts diagram and it might help visualize it.
