Yes, it's got a huge amount of tape on it and it's a PIA to remove. I had a lot of residual material on my paint afterwards and it was hard to remove. But it's worth the effort cause they are so hideous.

If it's the same crap the dealer left all over my paint when they did the dark badge swap, I agree, just the remnants took me a while with cleaner wax.

Yep, I peeled it off with some braided fishing line. That tape was some of the toughest shit to cut through and I've done quite a few. I used some citrus cleaner and let it soak a few times to get the leftover off. Then had to buff it.

I also removed the black endgate wrap cause I thought it looked stooopid on my black truck.

What dealer did you go with in our area? I had a bad experiences with Parks, Ben Mynatt, and Tim Marburger.

City chevy seemed ok but wouldnt play ball on a 24 they have had for like over 100 days.

I kind of lucked out. I went through South Charlotte Chevy. They pre listed mine on Autotrader while it was in transit with a 3k discount and I jumped on it and put a deposit down.

I've got it ceramic coated, and I'm not sure the truck will fit in any local touchless washes. I have to park outside, since the truck is too long to fit in the garage (and we've got the Jeep and golf cart in there anyway), so, I've started looking at a quick and easy driveway cleaning solution.

Haven't really been into detailing in almost a decade, I didn't want to go full bat shit, but worth a few hundred bucks for some convenience.

So far for a new exterior setup, I've ordered the Giraffe Tools Grandfall G20 wall mount pressure washer and retractable reel and the Waterdrop Spotless DI system with bypass. Should make for a super quick way to wash any of the vehicles in the driveway. With the ceramic coating, I'm hoping I'll be able to get away with not having to scrub on the truck.

It'll help, but every type of material and road debris will have different characteristics and almost always will build up over time. Its hard to get away from scrubbing once in a while. Maybe you can reduce it to every third wash.
