Front Bumper Rubbing

What is the best way to fix this?
Rubbing against the front bumper at full turn - I need about a quarter of an inch and I don’t want to lift/level it.
295/60/r20 with a +2 offset

You will need to add spacers to push the front bumper out for the tires to clear. Video below shows how to do it towards the end. Or you need to cut the bumper.

 
lol I would have to agree I’ve seen your posts, great intel!
I’m a little scared of the saw I might try moving the bumper out first. I’ll let y'all know how it goes. Thanks for the info!

You can't undo the cut, so it might be the safer option.
