I leveled mine with a few cranks on the torsion bar keys. Works perfectly and no alignment needed. I posted a thread on it. You'll have to Venmo me $300 to read it, since I saved you several hundred on the cost of a level kit like the one Cognito sells.

I second Axe that you don't need one. I leveled my truck out after installing all the ZR2 suspension and have perfectly flat upper ball joint angle. On 37x12.5 on 18x8s:

Where did you get those longer lower splash guards? I seen them once in the GM accessories catalog, now I can't find them. ZR2 comes with the shorties.

Hard to tell from that picture but I dont think they will work. The ZR2 flares stick out further than the normal ones.

I guess I'll have to call my parts guy to verify.

Would love to hear that they fit. I still need a set but cant find any
Well, I actually thought I first saw them on the OnStar app when shopping for accessories for my 2500HD. Maybe they were removed due to incompatibility. Seen a 3500 Dually with them a few weeks back. The stock.ones should have been like this with the bigger tires. I'm sort of anti mudflap, cause I don't like the look, but I like these.

I ordered some when I bought my hd zr2
From chevy accessory guy that where supposed to work. Similar extensions. When they came in they wouldn’t install because of fit. They credited my account and said hopefully some in future. Let us know what you find out. 😃

I just recently did the same to mine and added 37x12.50 TO RT,Truck rides great with no alignment needed,Im just curious how your truck has performed so far with the torsion bar adjustment.

Not understanding the scope of your question, I will add this: Running the adjusters in or installing aftermarket torsion keys will do the EXACT same thing. If you go the route of adjuster tightening, you may not have enough adjustment left over to level the truck at a given height....But that is rare.

I guess my biggest concern would be,How well will the lower ball joints hold up with such an angle?

Although I dont remember the lower arm angle b4 I leveled truck,I want to say it comes with a nice angle stock.

Interesting question indeed. When I leveled my '24 2500 Custom, I had to align it...because it was out. I hear guys saying they leveled the 2500 ZR2 and no alignment was necessary. I know on the ZR2, Chevy changed both the UCA and the LCA as well as the steering knuckle....I just don't know if those changes would reduce the ball joint angle problems found on earlier models that existed when they were leveled.

Can anyone send me a good pic of lower ball joint and arm angle on 2024 ZR2 2500 HD with or without torsion bar adjustment

I don't have an angle gauge with me at the office, but can throw one on tonight or tomorrow. Factory height gasser.

In addition to UCA/LCA/knuckle, I believe there is also a LCA diff side drop bracket from reading the ZR2 suspension swap thread on one of the mainstream forums. I'd assume that means at best it's back to a similar angle as a stock non ZR2 prior to cranking.
