1 st service caused issues

All of the supply chain issues should no longer be an issue...what the hell is going on with this BS???
I asked my advisor and the one next to him a couple weeks ago the same question. They both laughed. My service advisor had 30+ vehicles he was tracking and they're were a few that were 2 weeks to 2 plus months waiting on parts. There's probably 15 SAs at that dealer. Normally he said he would track 10-12 vehicles per day. One day he was on the phone with GM reps for two hours trying to get GM to resolve a customer issue. GM sucks and even the SA will acknowledge it cause they are miserable too.

Finally got her back. In on the 23rd out on the 15th. Taken in for an oil change. They are sticking with it was coincidence that the EGR valve took a poop. I don't buy it but what can you do. Took over a week to get the EGR valve and longer to get new bolts. Said they couldn't re use the originals. I've heard of that with crank bolts etc. But on an EGR valve. Not so sure about that. They did 5 update/recalls. I think that did it caused something bad. Guess I'm just glad I have her back...

I stopped for fuel , turned off. Shortly there after the light/warning came on. Once home shut off and turned on once as a hail Mary. Remained the same. That said I certainly will give it a few more tries. You know that it will likely go away as soon as I get back to the dealer...
Go out there and take pics quick..............
