Finally got a proper set up and 37s on the ZR2. I’ve had a long relationship with the guys at BC Forged for some time now and they usually specialize in the car world but have really stepped out and are killing it on their truck line up!! I went with their RD03-BL true forged bead lock 17x9 and 0 offset. When we decided on this the guys said “come on, do 37s. You aren’t afraid to trim” so we went with 37/12.50/17 ridge graps. Super happy with how it turned out and can’t thank those guys enough at BC Forged! Attached a pic of a little bit of the trimming I had to do lol

Thanks guys! Yea, the quality of their wheels is top notch. This is my 3rd set from them.

I had 315/70s on it at 1st and I couldn’t tell a difference in gearing and speedo was only off by about 2 mph at 70.

With the 37s I can barely tell a difference in gearing but the speedo is off by 7mph at 70 now. IMO not really a big deal. The juice is worth the squeeze.

I need more pics of trimming! Is it factory height? Any trimming behind the tire?
I’ll get some pics in the morning. It’s some serious trimming though and that even includes removing the crash bars as well. But it doesn’t rub at all lock to lock now. It’s got a basic 2” level with control arms.

On my Jeep I can just log in with the tazer and change the tire size effectively calibrating the Speedo accordingly. Is there a device like that for the ZR2?

Snagged a couple pics of where we trimmed this morning when I got to work. It really is one of those “unless you know, you don’t know” things. Removed the crash bars, painted, removed the mud flap, trimmed it, then reinstalled
