ETA updated to dealership for 1/14. The dealership is going to help setup transport outside of the deal.

Might have it by the 20th if January as long as my dealer installed options are there before the truck.

Been waiting since 10/26 for this thing. I'm still excited but damn ive been without a vehicle for like 3 months now lol.

Yeah, see...I did get the dark essentials addon. I heard somewhere that there was a shortage of this specifically.

But, a few recent builds I know of (talking to other owners) did not have this delay.

Hoping there won't be. I can wait a few weeks, but 7 weeks would suck.

Haha, nah actually its a diesel ran by the epa and a hampster wheel.

Truck didnt get built/allocated until 12/6 or something like that.

From built to shipped to dealer seems like its going to be about a month in total.

Thats the thing. I'm kind of really fxing retarded. I may procharge this thing in the next few years once the 25' L8T is cracked.

The good news is you're getting a 6.6 gas engine...None of the issues being reported like the 6.2L.

It's really annoying. They floated the idea of shipping the stuff to me. Which means I would have to take it to one of the local dealerships to have them put them on.

How would that even work? "Hey I bought this truck at another dealership with these options. Can you install them?" How do I even make sure the next dealer doesn't try to charge me for putting them on when I already paid for the damn thing.

Ask the dealer first, but they may be able to credit the other dealer for accessory sale. I know when you order GM parts/accessories online you can choose any dealer to get the sale, even if they ship them direct to you.

Great idea. I'll wait to hear the dealers solution and hopefully they can find a way.
