Valve/lifter noise during acceleration

Is it normal on this motor to have a valve or lifter tick/rattle noise on light acceleration when the engine is lugging? Happens a lot cruising around 40-50 mph with light throttle before it downshifts.

I know I heard it when I first got the truck seems to be louder now.
