Something's got to be wrong with the website or they're just simply out of product. Their main office is in Australia. I think there's a way to call them or message them, because I went to purchase mine late on Halloween evening and not 10 minutes after I got my card information out and went back to the website The sale was over. I contacted them and someone called me and gave me a discount code for my order
