I give a damn but GM doesn’t. I did a Lemon Law in Florida in 2015 when the new Tahoes came out, and like you if you go Lemon Law I got back full purchase price plus a couple of GM accessories I had installed. I had the GM rep for the area offer me $1000.00 trade assistance, what a joke. I got my revenge on her when she showed up at the hearing and even testified but the presiding officer ruled in my favor. I would go with the attorney so you can be made whole again. GM isn’t going to give you a fair trade as used car prices have dropped. You would loose to much money when you should not loose any. Good luck and in the end I think you would be happy.
