OUTSIDE TEMP VS MAX SPEEDO

I’ll try to find video again and post it. From what I remember the controls on the right side of the steering wheel are where you make the change to the menu.
Without a tuner the OEM is not going to let you change the governor. Federal tire regulation, driveshaft and other public liabilities are not going away with a press of of a button in the truck.

You can up the limit from the preset 98. It’s a menu feature. I pinged mine for the first time passing 2 trucks towing farm tractors and 3 others who were hesitant to pass on a single lane county road with a long straight stretch. The 6.2 gets up and goes when you have to punch it. Stock tires are rated to 105 I believe. I don’t make it habit and quite frankly didn’t even realize I was going that fast since I was focused on the road and not the needle. The warning and the message is what got my attention.
hmmm......roadmap please.

Sorry gents, the video I was looking at was setting a speed warning not increasing the speed limiter. My mistake. Apologies for getting hopes up. Not used to all this fancy shit. I just turned 60 so a 98mph limit is more than plenty for me. You younger guys have fun hitting the triple digits. 😀
No worries, go out and enjoy that truck😀

You get a motorcycle or a side piece and you're gonna wanna do 100 mph again.
