Update on the 4D00 trucks. We've finally seen movement on one of ours. It's a LTZ Z71 with the 3.0L Duramax but hopefully that means that they're finally getting some of these trucks ready to ship.

It still shows 4D00 in order inquiry but it showed up on our VINview this morning and that means that they have marked it active and ready when it was marked "archived" due to missing parts.

The status on the locator for trucks missing parts is not correct. All of our trucks that are at 4D00 missing parts status show 4200 shipped on the locator. It's a system error.

Correct, at least until GM updates the orders in the order system. Vins are always updated in VINview before the GM order system because VINview shows real time updates to a VIN where the GM order system is updated nightly. Historically with vehicles that are 4D00, it can take days or weeks before GM updates the status on them in the order system once they've been marked for completion.
