If you have the entire VIN, it's easy to know the assembly plant.

There's no set amount of time. Can take a week or 6+ months if there are parts shortages.

Any possibility its actually 2/4? According to the dealership car was shipped 11/15. My delivery date has moved around some but was estimated @ 1/16 until today of course when it didnt show up yesterday. Now they say it just shows delayed. I would hope its not that far off!
