At this point, I still don't think any plant other than Mexico is building ZR2. Every one of the 2023s that I've seen on the locator have been a Mexico built truck.

Mine is a 2023 and the dealer sent me a video of the location and it is on the coast in Mexico. Originally in the middle somewhere and now moved to the coast.
