Off-road Photos

350 or 250? I am coming from a Cummins with a 68RFE. Anything over 220 was instant death in those trucks so I am very watchful of my trans temps these days.

I was on a fishing trip with the ZR2 running the loose sands and it got to 195. I was starting to sweat at those temps, 236 is crazy to me.

@bruss my apologies I meant 250. Happened to me snow wheeling before, I scheduled an appointment the next day they checked the fluids and plugged it in to the scanner and everything checked out.
Not uncommon for any vehicle. I've had it in sand a bunch, and once when my front end got completely caked in snow. Not enough airflow over the radiator/ trans cooler.

She ain't no pavement princes or nut flexing vehicle that never hits the trails

Also. . . . I'm hiring offroading friends in COLORADO. If you have a TrailBoss Silverado/Colorado. Hit me up let's hit some trails together!!

are you using locked axles or is it strictly for rock crawl? great photos
Most of the obstacles get done on 4hi with rear locker. The harder steep rocky clibs I'll drop it on 4lo with front and rear lockers. I air down to 20.

I need a bit moar hight. I try and pick good lines but Tater Nuts just giggles from the Rocks tickling the sliders
