Yeah, it's not even bad on this forum. If you wanna know how bad it really is, get on Reddit cause it's one after the other Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, 5.3s, 6.2s. There's actually reason there's a motor shortage and it ain't cause there stacked up on the side of the road, it's cause there stacked at the dealer storage lot waiting.

Dave's Auto had this video posted a few weeks ago. Some interesting images of the carnage. I see some GM techs in the comments saying it might be piston casting/wrist pin clips like the video shows, bad bearings, poor oiling, bad machining in blocks causing misaligned con rods, and left over casting materials like sand.

There are examples cited with 1-5 miles.......WTF.
