Glare off the hood

I have not experienced this and I have just over 20K miles

I live in Arizona where it's damn near sunny every day and only had it happen once. My glare came off the inside edge of the cowling, not the back. I will say it pierced right through my polarized lenses like a laser beam. I had to hold my hand in front of face to get through the curve.

I think it’s also a function of height/how you like to set your seat. I’m 6’2, like my seat almost all the way back, and a little bit lower. Just catches my eyes consistently, especially late spring/early fall or at certain times of day.
