Vinyl on the Hood Scoop

I removed the 6.2L from the hood scoop and there is a ghost image of it still there. No matter what I have done, It will not go away. Since the wife got a Cricut machine for Christmas, I figured maybe I could get her to make me a vinyl decal to go in that spot. The issue is, I am unsure of how to get all the dimensions for this since it isnt a squared area. That way her machine can cut to fit the area vs just a odd looking square etc.

Anyone happen to know how to get dimensions like this? I tried to see if anyone else sold something for that spot but apparently you can get something for the entire scoop EXCEPT that area.
