First Silverado ZR2 Mod?

Last edited:
Thanks!

Saw this on a similar thread. Anyone experience disassembling the new infotainment to get this hooked up?
Last one was easy, this one I am not so sure with this new infotainment system

My first mod was side steps. It has just enough lift that makes it awkward to get in without them.

Next removed muffler with flap and installed Magniflow 3.5 inch inlet out muffler. Love the sound and its much more free flowing.

The tri-fold bed cover with extra led lighting.

I've also added the GM Kicker 10in sub which really helps the sound system sound like it should.

Got my personalized plates which makes me even more proud of my baby.

Perfect mods, black is sweet!

What will your first modification be on the ZR2?

Three already happened.
Tyger step rails with build in rocker guard (yeah it decreases the break over some but looks awesome)
A stubby antenna
A Retrax roll up bed cover.

Also don’t forget to activate your comfort windows in the settings so you can drop all of your windows with the key fob. A cool “add on” hidden feature built in but not factory turned on

Not really a mod per se but the first thing put some PPF on the truck.

Other things I want to do... Overlanding focused
- AWE exhaust, when it's available
- Rock sliders, real ones on frame not body, haven't decided which yet
- Peak Suspension AAL, when it's available
- Leitner Designs ACS Forged
- may also level the truck depends on the rear squat once I get all the overlanding gear in.

Id like to go-to 35s also but waiting to see what solutions people come up with for rubbing.

I put some grille lights on today. Bought them off Amazon. Found what harness style the white grille lights were and bought the GM connectors and made my own harness for the amber lights to tie into them. Came out great I think!

Just installed brake caliper covers only wishing I would have taken pictures before I put the wheels back on. I like how the ZR2 is stamped and not just painted on....
