Interesting video discussing the possibility the new EPA Director will put forth orders allowing diesel emissions equipment to be removed. Haven't seen much on this, but he claims a lot of insiders are saying it will happen soon!

The Senate did confirm Lee Zeldin as the new EPA Director. We'll see what he's able to do to roll back any laws associated with the Clean Air Act. It won't go without a lot of legal challenges.

California wants to negotiate emissions laws with EPA. Too bad they aren't legal anyway. Once the Chevron Deference case was settled by SCOTUS, many of theese onerous emissions laws won't pass legal muster.

1,000 EPA employees were just shown the door.
It's pretty interesting to watch, gonna get even more interesting as the dust settles. We'll see how clear they are for deletes and tuning, but someone will have to step up.

Who put California in charge anyway?
California did since they are the world's 5th largest economy.....LOL. They voted heavily R the last election, nearly 40%, so there is hope. Lots of pissed off people there and I believe there will be change, cause they Dems know they are losing groumd fast. I know a lot of great people from there, but all you hear about are the morons.
