Back at the shop again! šŸ˜”

Itā€™s just getting questionable if I can trust it.
this is precisely why i pushed the lemon law on my '24. it already left me stranded in the middle of the night with a blown engine 45 minutes away from home on the way to a 195 mile destination that i make 8 or 10 times a year.

can you imagine an engine letting go while pulling a boat on 495 around washington dc during rush hour? after all the crap i've read about 2nd and 3rd engines failing, no way in hell i could trust the truck to keep making the trip.

I guess I spoke too soon about the dealership being good. Now on my third service advisor in a year. The guy that was handling this repair for me ended up quitting. Called up to check on my truck yesterday and found this out. Guess my truck just got put on the back burner since the guy quit. Itā€™s been up there since 12/3.

Finally got a call back today telling me it was ready. I quizzed them about checking my alignment (rework) and he ā€œforgotā€, going to be another day before itā€™s ready.
Good thing we have multiple vehicles, over two weeks down for this one. They donā€™t offer loaners either, such a crock of shit.

Got her home! Trans valve body replaced, air inlet valve actuator replaced, O2 sensor replaced (threw a random CEL while in their possession) and alignment verified. All covered by warranty.

Fingers crossed this thing will make it another 3k to the next oil change without any issues. šŸ˜…

Yay!!!

I kind of felt mine do some strange shifting.
Last week saw a puff of smoke out the one tailpipe on start up and finally said F it.
Got my 2025 Bison today.
Hoping for better luck.
