Anyone install a fridge/cooler slide out in the bed

I have the fridge. The ability to drop the tailgate and slide the fridge out would be nice. I was just curious if anyone else had drilled holes in the bed for one of these slides.

These refrigerator coolers are no hassle at all. Buying ice every morning on an extended trip is a hassle. The thing will keep things frozen if you want. My yeti never leaves the shelf any more. They weigh about the same but the fridge holds a lot more.

I just purchased 2 fridges from Vevor. One small (same day trails) one large (multiple day camping)
I'm not sure how I'm going to use them. This slider would be cool on top of my Decked system for the coolers.

The hassle with ice sucks. We use gel packs and wanted something more consistent.

I put a 3/4" ply half width full length false floor in my tray. There is a factory hole at the front of the tray that i put a riv nut in and I bolt the front of the floor down via that. The tail gate end attached to the side tie down. Fridge slide bolted to the false floor which raises the slide just enough to deal with the slight up rake on the opened tailgate. Lithium battery strapped to the false floor in front of the fridge slide. Works well and I can take it out when not camping.

Something to consider, I did a front opening 12V fridge on the camper I built because a top opening (even with tilt) would have been difficult for my height challenged wife to access.
