2025 HD ZR2 stays stuck in a low gear

My 2025 had zr2 stays stuck in a low gear. When rolling off a slow speed sustained hill truck down shifts rpm’s go up and tranny is under a load, when incline starts to level off and go back to giving it gas it will not upshift stays stuck in a low gear. The only way it will shift is to brake till rpm’s drop way down and load is off tranny or to put in neutral till rpm drop below 1k then back to drive. I’m taking it to a local shop soon but not much confidence in them, just wondering if anyone else is having issues

That's what I was gonna say. I've seen that on my 1500 when I was creeping around the desert.
