Merry Christmas to me! 🎅

If you have seen some of my posts I did not have very good luck with my 2023 ZR2.
Chevy buy back process is a joke. Some of those people don't even know what day it is.

I was going to order a new one but Chevy currently has a $2000 rebate and my dealer found me a 2025 ZR2 Bison with the 6.2.
They picked it up in Phoenix and brought it to Lake Havasu and I had it in 2 days.

They swapped my running boards and hard cover.
Even tinted windows, ceramic coat, theft protection and door edge guards which I didn't expect in the deal.
Couple things I noticed right away was the HUD shows posted speed limit now and there is no tailgate chime which drove me nuts.
Stereo doesn't cut out either.
I also have sport mode now with functional shifters which my other one had shifters which were there for looks lol.
The active exhaust sounds great too.
So far very happy.

I think I was inside your truck a couple weeks ago. Took this picture of the sticker!

I just got done removing the Sands decals on the inside of the door as well as the others.
Kind of a pet peeve of mine
Surprised nobody put the decal on the tailgate.

Enjoy the new ride. On my 2022 I had speed limit notification on the dash for a short period of time, lost it, called on star and was informed it was a trial and I had to purchase one of their services to get it back. I hope that is not the case with yours.

I always remove that garbage and some of the other badging. Mine had tailgate stickers but they weren't the ones that were hard to remove.

Just did my first road trip to our vaca home in Williams AZ for the holiday.
It rides so nice. I kept it in sport mode to see if there was any diff in mpg from my other truck.
Mostly an uphill ride from Lake Havasu from about 500' elevation to 7000' elevation.
Averaged 13.8 mpg and 80.1 mph in 168 miles.
Other truck got 17.8 mpg going downhill so we will see.
Hit speed limiter once. Truck pulls so hard and then hits a wall at 98 mph lol.

Installed the Range technology module from my other truck.
Amazing the difference right off the line.
If anyone is thinking about getting one it's definitely worth it

What "difference right off the line"? I thought all it did was disable the DFM?

It stays in full V8 mode even if you're accelerating slow. I don't feel the hesitaion anymore.
I guess the same feeling would be if you put it in tow mode.
It also disables the auto stop.
I have one of the auto stop start disablers before Range came out.
Not sure what I'll do with it.

My truck doesn't have DFM, only the auto stop/start bullshit, so I don't know what it's like to not be in full V8 mode. It must really suck.
