Never mind, I thought he scratched the exterior in B pillar area. Not sure I'm following your question?
Got ya! Yeh, it was the interior plastic piece that's getting replaced. The service advisor thinks that when he took out the headliner to drop the sunroof frame, it fell and hit the b-pillar. I don't see any other damage except for the messed up headliner. Because I ran all of my dash cam and radar detector wiring above the headliner, I asked the Service Manager if I can be back in the shop to help the tech install the headliner to ensure all wiring is well out of the way of the air bags. He said he was fine with me doing that so I have peace of mind that everything is buttoned up properly. I plan to secure the wiring to the inner roof with high strength tape since the headliner will be down. I can also ensure it's done to my satisfaction. What I will add is that the latest radio update for the audio cut-out issue did make a huge difference. It's not fully resolved, but it is MUCH better than before. I still anxiously await the "fix" that GM notified its dealers is coming soon.Never mind, I thought he scratched the exterior in B pillar area.
