USB ports stopped working

My USB ports stopped working even though I changed the fuse ( which was still good ) and none of them work, front or back. Any suggestions would be appreciated

I had an issue with the console USB ports going dead on my 2022. Dealership ordered a replacement harness. When it came in they found that the original harness wasn’t plugged in properly. This took three dealership visits to get fixed.
