Really, I have heard very good things about them and my neighbor has one on his Sierra and does it. Why?

You lose a *ton* of usable space for the folding portion at the front of the bed, you lose space along the side of the bed that if something moves around and hits it, it can bend/break the bar that holds the tonneau down. If you have something that hits the handle in the wrong direction, you'll unlock and slightly open the tonneau while going down the road. Fit+finish is awful on it in general. It's fairly water resistant from what I've seen, but the other trade offs definitely do not make it worth the money. I'll sell mine for cheap when my SmartCap gets in to whoever wants it.

Have the electric Retrax. So worth it.

Considering the electric PowertraxPro XR. Are you happy with it so far? Have you had any issues with it? Any concerns with it not working and manual override? Thanks!
