I have that happen occasionally. It generally self corrects. Also i noticed if I dial up a map on my phone and run it, it'll fix it. Also try the call button on your steering wheel 10 second hold reset.

copy, thanks @AXE . i got the update last week and it corrected dropout and inop steering wheel bottons for radio but this is new configuration.

You need to be in park for that to work.

Unfortunate that this happens after an "update". I guess you just can't count on anything.

I had my guage cluster go have blank twice the other day on my 2500HD. Had it happen before and it came back on next restart. I'm about to do a 1500 mile tow, so we'll see what other surprises I get.
