Silverado ZR2 without google

I bought this car from 2 months, when I received the car I checked the screen i find out there’s a lot of functions not there like
Display day and night
Maps
Play store
Google assist
Hot spot
My chevorlet
Trailer light's
Users
Units
Diver screen ( compass & navigation)
And also apple carplay wired not wireless
When i went back to dc they told me all car what we have like this and I'm really checked all car what they have all of them is same in qatar.
I tried to contact the main Chevrolet in Middle East they transferred me to my dc again
So i want to fix this issue anyone have idea how can i get this functions?

That's the problem. To be able to use Google and the MyChevrolet apps you need to have a data plan thru OnStar. But, don't know why a truck in a different country wouldn't have OnStar available.

I don't believe that OnStar is available outside of the US and maybe Canada.

I've only had my ZR2 for a little more than a month, so I'm still learning about how these trucks tick. If OnStar is not available in his country that would explain why those particular options aren't available on his truck.

Obviously I don't have all of the answers. Just know that you need OnStar and/or a data plan to run Google and need OnStar for the MyChevrolet app. I'm sure somebody else can help and will be along soon.

In the U.S., we have export laws that regulate some types of technology. You may be a victim of that. That means that you cannot buy or access certain features of products because the export of that technology is prohibited.
