Look at this POS 24 2500HD ZR2 rusted up frame. This looks 10 years old. This turd needs to be stripped down and redone.

I thought this wax in the newer 2500HD and 1500 was really soft and rubs off easy when you're working underneath. The 2015 2500HD I sold my boy is now going on 12 years. I had him rewax the frame last fall cause it looked looked a little thin. It looked good again when he applied 6 cans of the Undercoating in a Can spray wax. These new turds won't make 12 years in rainy/winter weather.

What the crap is going on there?!
Looks like a 10 year old frame from the rustbelt
That's shitty product, poor application, and 0 quality control. Good job GM, you can't even put your fucking color crayons on the frame right now either.

Wow, it's seems rare to see any rust in Arizona!
It helps a lot to be where is dry and they don't use salt or mag chloride much. I zip around up north and it gets a lot more rain and snow up in higher elevations.

I noticed when I brought my truck back from ND after leaving it in ND for 6 months the frame had absorbed a lot of dust and orange dust from the scoria roads. My frame doesn't look great for 10k miles, but it's not rusting. I do have rust coming through on the cdifferential. Rear differetial is really spotty.

There's a TSB on this. I bought a 2023 with 15k miles last month. During the purchase I had them put it on a rack to check the undercarriage. We found rust in several places so the body shop manager was called to look at it. He mentioned the TSB and set up the appointment to correct the issue. I dropped it off to them this morning!

Found it. Attached is from NHTSA but my Alldata shows it has been updated to include our trucks through 2025.

Fucking great...... I'm not sure any of these trucks can be resold for a decent price with the plethora of issues they have. Seems like something new every month.

The pictures in the TSB do look different than his video. They are peeling in select areas vs his video that just looks like it was too thin or worn right off on the entire frame.
