Resonator rattle

Has anyone else here experienced the resonator flap in front of your muffler to rattle? Lower speeds mine rattles and I’m about it to weld it open here soon. It’s not a horrible noise but is annoying. I did do a muffler delete, which I don’t think caused it, but who knows.

Yes and mine was replaced by the Dealer, hopefully the new one will last for a while and if not I will have it replaced again. I also have the vibration rattle at my b-pillar seat belt adjuster, this will drive you crazy in right in your left ear. It has been talked about for quite some time, I think back to 2019. Glad they have it fixed by 2022, not, thanks GM for the quality control.

That rattle just started on my 22. Annoys the hell out of me, I thought it was in the door. I was about to take the door panel off but it looks like I’ll be taking the b pillar off instead. Thanks for the info. I also get the resonator flap rattle, might have to make the dealer replace it.
