Hello Everyone!

New member here, I have been around trucks all my life, my father only drove trucks, I have driven work trucks but I myself have never owned a truck.

I have always been in the car scenes, started off with fully built Subaru, then made my way into the Supra, then recently the new M2, you get the point. I loved taking these cars out for cannon runs and mountain drives, developing driving and drifting skills, and continuedly pushing myself.

However I would now like to break into the truck world, I was always fascinated by trucks but never really needed one. Well I did have a manual 2002 Tacoma which was very fun haha but was really for just another toy for around town.

I am now in search of a 2025 Silverado 1500 ZR2 -3.0 Duramax (but to be honest considering the trail boss as well). Hoping to lock up a deal this month and join the family.
If any of you have any threads recommendations to learn more about the platform feel free to send them my way! I love to research before modding haha.

Cheers Everyone!

It's not uncommon to see advertised discounts of -$6-8k MSRP. Don't be afraid to start at $10 off and work a good deal.

GM has all their inventory listed on their website including the stickers. Check.that out and work deals within 500 miles.

Thanks Axe, Hoping to close out this thread with some pictures of the a new ZR2!!!

If you want a real truck, get a ZR2, not a Trail Boss. The Trail Boss is a nice truck, I had one, but the ZR2 is on a different level. So much nicer than the Trail Boss. Which is the reason I traded my Trail Boss for the ZR2 i have now.

The TB Forum is PISSED!!
Let them be pissed. It's the truth.
The Multimatic DSSV suspension alone is worth the upgrade. The ZR2 rides and handles sooo much better off road AND on road than the Trail Boss. Then you have the front and rear E-Lockers, heated and ventilated seats, HUD.........do I really need to continue?

Once I learned about all this the ZR2 was the clear answer!! Hoping to lock up a deal this week! 🙏

Ceramic Coating my Black vehicles significantly reduce them from collecting dirt and made it very easy to clean. Hoping the ZR2 will be the same 🙏
My truck is ceramic coated. But I operate heavy equipment and work on a construction site every day, so it is very hard to keep clean.
