Yep, they all work from the same playbook. It's cheaper to switch companies every two years than be loyal.i have a meticulously clean accident/claim free 35+ year history with USAA and my rates have gone up every 6 months, never once down. 3 months ago, i called and told them to get out of the insurance business. its clear you dont know how to underwrite. i told them you increase my rate because you know i will pay it. rewarding good driving habits are a flaw instead of a reward. i know how insurace works. companies gotta take the good with the bad but imo, shouldnt be off my back! i got a letter back from ceo wayne DB peacock. he said he felt my pain. period. what does that mean? fu USAA. suck on my johnson
You're the first person I've ever heard complain about them. I did battle with their corporate pricks over placement of a 500/230kV powerline I was planning near some vacant land they owned. It was too be an Arizona campus for them. They raised hell with the power company and City of Phoenix. They were successful in their efforts to move the route right up next to some newly constructed homes...... exactly where I said it shouldn't be. They got 150 feet structures hanging over their homes. Then a few years later they put some shitty chain restaurants, a Best Buy, movie theater and other useless shit right where I wanted the powerline to be.
You wanna know where your premiums go, you should see some of the new buildings they have built in Scottsdale and Phoenix. They are gold plated multi story buildings. They don't look half full.
