I did some donuts on the beach after turning off the esc by holding down the traction control button. I could still feel the truck pulling power and holding back. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix/way to disable it completely?

GM’s traction management can never be fully disabled outside of the performance cars.

Much of it is torque management in transmission protect mode.
